Growing up with New Zealand as a backyard, plus a passion for anything outdoors, it was inevitable that Jason found himself with a camera in his hand and wanting to capture everything New Zealand had to offer. It wasn't long before his sights widened to the rest of the world.

Over the years he has been fortunate enough to travel extensively, experience a diverse range of cultures and use his camera in an always changing environment. From the humid jungle of the Amazon, the wild oceans of the Galapagos, to the mountain ranges deep within British Columbia. His keen sense of adventure mixed with a solid work ethic and the ability to capture emotions makes for a story worth watching.

NZC Films was formed in 2010 as a collaboration between Jason Wright and Thomas Pendergrast. Two creatives, living in Canada, filming the lives and adventures of a group of Kiwi's. It soon expanded into commercial films and weddings. In 2013, Jason Wright moved from Canada and continued running NZC Films abroad.
